At Through Road Early Learning, we are a community-based, not-for-profit centre that values inclusion, sustainability, and high-quality education for children.

 

Child Safety is Our Priority
The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is our highest priority. We have zero tolerance for child abuse, and all staff are required to uphold our child-safe policies and code of conduct. Educators actively contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment, listen to children, and empower them in decisions that affect their wellbeing.

All staff complete mandatory child safety training, including risk management, recognising and responding to signs of abuse or neglect, and mandatory reporting under Victorian law. We provide mentoring, induction, and ongoing professional development to ensure our team meets and exceeds child-safe standards.
